1/4 C Raw blueberries
1/4C Raw blackberries

*Wash all produce thoroughly. Peel and freeze all banana and 2 cups of blueberries. Add bananas and frozen blueberries to your blender. Add a small amount of water to blend but keep a thick consistency. Pour contents of blender into a bowl. Top with coconut, raw blueberries, raw blackberries and chia seeds. Add other raw toppings as desired. Enjoy!

*Wash all produce throughly. Using a vegetable spiralizer or peeler, peel the zucchini down to the seeds to create the noodles. Save the seeds for the sauce. Add all ingredients except the noodles to the blender. Add the zucchini seeds to the blender also. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasonings to taste. Pour the sauce over the noodles in a bowl and enjoy. (OPTIONAL) Coarsely chop your favorite raw vegetables to top off the dish.

*Wash all produce thoroughly. Core and slice apple. Slice avocado. Add all ingredients to a bowl, add dressing of choice and enjoy.

*Wash all produce thoroughly. Peel and core required vegetables. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Dice a few of the ingredients and mix in for texture and enjoy!
1/2 cup tahini (raw)
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
1/2 t ground cumin
2/3 to 3/4 cups water (as needed)
*In a blender, blend the tahini, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and 2⁄3 cup of the water, adding more until you reach the desired consistency. This dressing can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

*Split the avocado in half and twist apart. Remove the pit and scoop the meat out of the avocado into a bowl. Chop and add the tomato, cilantro and onion to the bowl. Add the cumin and salt. Mash the mixture together with a fork and enjoy.

2 or more Soaked pitted dates (add to taste for desired sweetness level)

*Soak nuts for 6-8 hours in the refrigerator. Drain and rinse nuts with distilled water and add them to the blender with 1 quart of distilled water and all other ingredients. After blending, strain the nut milk through a nut-milk bag, cheese cloth or fine metal strainer. Squeeze nut milk bag or press metal strainer well to extract all of the liquid. The remaining almond pulp can be saved for another recipe or discarded. Store the nut milk in an airtight glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. You can freeze leftovers, if needed, for up to 3 months.
