My Commitment To You
My commitment to you is to help you understand how food/energy sources work in the body. When you understand the different types of energy sources and how they are used by the body, you are now capable of making choices based on the goal you want to achieve. Most of the time we are told what to eat and what not to eat without understanding why. This is why I focus on reversing and preventing Lifestyle Disease using the power of raw fruit and vegetables. When your lifestyle keeps these in check, so many other unfavorable issues experienced are prevented.
